No. When you purchase an engagement ring and a loose diamond, the price includes the setting and sizing of the ring.
Give us a call! One of our employees will help you through the process.
If you can come to see us in person, we can measure your ring size here.
If you are unable to reach us or wish to find out at home, you can use a piece of string to find out. Wrap the string around your finger and mark the length. Afterwards, measure the length in millimetres, and that is your ring size!
Come into our office, and we will be happy to help you. If you are unable to come to us, most jewellery stores can provide resize services.
Please note that not all rings can be resized because of the material and the gems used. If your ring cannot be resized, you will need to exchange it for another size if available.
GIA (Gemological Institute of America), AGS (American Gem Society), and IGI (International Gemological Institute) are different gemological institutions that evaluate gems. A diamond certificate is essentially a report on the diamond that you purchased. The certificate includes a full evaluation of the diamond’s quality and components, namely the 4 C’s: Carat, Cut, Colour and Clarity. These certificates provide you with the confidence that the diamond you received is the diamond described by the seller and the diamond which you purchased. Additionally, diamond certificates, regardless of which institution provided the evaluation, are crucial for insurance purposes.
Yes, Razi has strong connections in the diamond industry and can source any stone, large or small, to suit your needs.
A lab-grown diamond is precisely that: a diamond created in a laboratory.
The diamonds are grown in laboratories that clone the natural conditions that produce earth-grown diamonds: high pressure and high temperatures.
They use two methods to create lab-grown diamonds: High Pressure-High Temperature (HPHT) method or the Chemical Vapor Disposition (CVD) method.
Lab-grown diamonds are a great alternative to a natural diamond if you are looking to spend a smaller amount of money on the stone.
Lab-grown diamonds are almost indistinguishable from natural diamonds. Only a gemologist or someone with extensive knowledge of diamonds will be able to identify if they are lab-grown.
