Our Process
Step 1
Please describe your item and upload a photograph through our Estate Jewellery Contact Form for us to assess.
Step 2
If we feel that it is a piece of jewellery or a watch that will be able to re-sell, we will contact you to make an appointment to come in with the item for us to evaluate.
If we feel that we will not be able to sell your item we will also contact you to let you know.
Step 3
At this time we will be able to suggest a price for the item and we can discuss moving forward with a consignment agreement.
Step 4
It is important for you to be aware that your item may have to be modified or repaired at a cost to you in order for it to be sold at it’s highest possible value. This will be discussed and agreed to at the meeting.
Step 5
As soon as we have your consignment item, we will use our worldwide network in order to move the item as quickly as possible for the most value attainable. Understand that it may take some time in order to get the best price for your item, so you must be prepared to wait it out. It is essential to keep an open mind when dealing with estate jewellery sales.
Step 6.
Once the item is sold, you will be contacted and paid the agreed-upon amount.
Insurance charges will be applied for high-value items.
